Regus has awarded Damovo a fixed three-year managed services contract as part of a drive to improve customer telephony service levels and reduce its operating costs by up to £1million per annum. The £4.35million contract sees Damovo providing support and maintenance services to the voice communications systems of Regus's 90 business centres throughout the UK. From 1 March Damovo has hosted the Regus telephony help desk in Horsham, West Sussex. A dedicated team deals with centre managers and telecoms support teams calling in from all Regus's business centres to log any faults, place orders and make technical enquiries. Damovo is a global corporate communications company and delivers solutions in the following areas: mobile solutions, voice-enabled solutions, enterprise relationship management, managed services, data and converged networks and E-Collaboration. Damovo's principal territories are Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy and the UK. In addition Damovo has operations in Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Venezuela.
