Learning know-how
A new partnership between leading e-learning provider blueU and techMark listed Knowledge Management Software (KMS); plc has been established. The partnership between these two best-of-breed companies follows the major decision by blueU to implement Deskartes, KMS' intelligent knowledge management solution. Now blueU can offer to its clients an integrated service, including sophisticated search and learn facilities, as well as its existing e-learning content and bespoke solutions. As part of the partnership arrangement, blueU will also provide a comprehensive e-learning programme to KMS on Deskartes, a programme that KMS can then offer on to its clients. Said Ian Clague, CEO of blueU: "All the clients we talk to want to find ways to harness the skills and experience of their people. In this respect e-learning and knowledge management are business issues that are closely aligned. In effect, we can now help clients to develop their e-learning culture as well as providing leading-edge e-learning content".
