Cool down

For years, I've been aware of American films where office workers stand around and gossip by the water cooler. (And does anyone remember the old random activity sampling training film with the impossible manicured secretary?) Well, in this new climate-changed, increasingly-sophisticated business life we all lead, I've now got a water cooler (temporarily) outside of my office – and indeed it is like a magnet for staff. Its either the world's worst time-waster, or the best informal networking device.
