There is no escape

A recent study by Pitney-Bowes highlighted the increasing number of messages handled at home to do with work-related issues. No longer does the journey home signal the end of the working day. The (almost) ubiquitous mobile phone and e-mail mean that people are always in touch. Technology has its benefits but it has to be managed. It should not end up ruling our lives - but it very probably will!
