Internet callback technology from RealCall helped the owner of Robus Architectural Ceramics win £13,500 of business from the Internet while on holiday in Barcelona. Clive Robus, partner and co-founder of Robus Architectural Ceramics, based in Ashford, Kent, was surprised to receive a telephone callback from the RealCall button on his Website while on holiday in Barcelona. The call was the first that he had received from the RealCall button, and despite being hundreds of miles away, he was able to respond to the customer request using his mobile phone, and secure the business that would otherwise have been lost. Clive Robus says:

When I initially decided to get a Website designed, I viewed it as a cheap alternative to brochures … However, the company I chose to design the site, JPH Associates (http://www.jphassociates.com), recommended that I used a RealCall Web call-back button as well. I was rather sceptical about the benefits it could deliver, but £13,500 later, I'm converted!

RealCall works by allowing a Website developer, or a business looking after its own Website, to download a RealCall button free of charge from RealCall's Web site. Once downloaded, the button is activated by pre-paying for calls like a phone card. When Web customers click the button, RealCall automatically calls the business and reads out the customer's contact details. The business then telephones the customer to close the sale.
