Surrey-based Cherith Simmons Management have launched a package designed to fulfill the role of an "Internal College". The package is suitable for organisations who have a mix of training and development needs. The programme progresses through Introductory, Certificate and Diploma levels on a day release basis over one or two years. Variations of the programme are specially geared to the private sector, local government and to the health sector. The tailored work-based workshop style modules are delivered on the host organisation's site or at a venue of its choosing. The programme is externally accredited by the Institute for Supervision and Management, and the Diploma stage can give a first year exemption to many MBA programmes.
