Ecologically sound

Earlier this year, Bonn held the sixth European Ecology of Work conference. I suspect that many of you will wonder exactly what the "ecology of work" is. Well, evidently it is concerned with "new approaches to the design of work and working systems which provide the optimum results for both the workforce and the enterprise - systems which emphasise the enterprise-level social relationships, employee involvement, teamworking and cooperative problem solving to achieve increased performance and productivity". So, that's alright, then! Glad to be of educational value.
