Mail flow
GFI Fax and Voice has launched Emailflow for use in workflow applications. The product does not require any proprietary client software. With Emailflow, users with access to an email client such as Eudora or Outlook can participate in the workflow process. Included is a visual workflow editor that allows users to graphically map a business process, without the need for any programming. Apart from triggering workflows manually and at scheduled intervals, users can trigger workflows by submitting Web forms (via the Internet or the company Intranet), emails or faxes. On the server side, Emailflow integrates with Microsoft Exchange Server and all open standard SMTP/POP3 mail servers. An evaluation copy is available from the Website www.gficomms.com
