Integrating!
Project Integrator (PI) is an easy-to-use, multi-user software tool that integrates time and process management on a team level. As a proactive tool, PI plans, tracks, measures and reports on project and timecard information for multiple projects. PI creates, delegates and manages action items, task lists, and deliverables including MS project documents, thereby improving team and customer communications. With a single point of entry for data and predefined project management processes, PI allows project teams to operate efficiently. Project Integrator is used by project managers, team members, executive management and anyone who has project involvement. Project managers use PI's exclusive Roadmap to orchestrate the planning and execution of their projects. Team members depend on PI to provide guidance and direction for their specific project responsibilities.
