This is a bi-monthly journal covering as the title suggests computer law and security issues. The intention is to highlight practical concerns, to monitor new issues and problems and to outline key developments. Recent issues have included articles on the legal implications of consumer-oriented e-commerce, on the Data Protection Act 1998 (examining the position of data controllers under the new regime), on the security of Internet commerce and on the general law relating to the use of e-mail and the Internet. The nature of the articles makes them of interest and use to both legal professionals and computer security officers. The articles are backed up with additional sources of information including Web sites and are presented in a clear, readable format with header summaries for easy scanning.
