Trade is up (and down and up and down...)

The Japanese-inspired yo-yo phenomenon is proving to be more than a simple, short-lived craze. Toy company Bandai, which produces the Yomega X-Brain yo-yo is considering offering businesses yo-yo stress-busting sessions for its workforce. The rhythmic nature of the yo-yo is said to make it ideal for stress relief and is more fun than tai-chi! Bandai's team of yo-yo instructors have already had success in giving one-to-one coaching in much the same way as personal fitness trainers. Yo-yo events are held regularly in Japan with over 40,000 kids turning up for competitions at regional level alone more than for a recent Janet Jackson concert. These events have "tricknology" sessions at which people can learn the latest tricks. So, if you want a new way to keep your workforce at peak performance levels consider the humble yo-yo.
