Article Type: Editorial From: The Learning Organization, Volume 15, Issue 2.

This issue brings to a close my tenure as Editor-in-Chief for The Learning Organization The International Journal of Knowledge and Organizational Learning Management. I just wanted to take a minute to thank the editorial team for The Learning Organization (especially Peter Smith, my SI Editor, and Sharon Mavin, my European Regional Editor, and her staff), its many outstanding reviewers whom I have had the sincere pleasure of working with, and the folks at Emerald that kept things running smoothly (especially Kim Foster, Iain Tessier, and Lucy Sootheran). The many enlightening and often thought provoking conversations with Peter Smith and also Karl Wiig from our EAB have helped me to formalize my perceptions of organizational learning and knowledge management research as well as my strategies of growth for The Learning Organization.

This journal will be in excellent hands as Deborah Blackman from the University of Canberra takes over the role of Editor-in-Chief. I look forward to continuing my association with The Learning Organization as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board.
