EKRA and Speedline mend fences
EKRA and Speedline Technologies, Inc. have announced an agreement between the two companies to cross-license patented technologies relating to screen and stencil printing technology. The focus of the cross-license agreement involves vision alignment technology from CEE and post-print inspection technology from EKRA. The parties have also announced that they have amicably resolved all pending patent disputes between them, including disputes before the US International Trade Commission, the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and two separate German courts.
