Their backgrounds and current responsibilities with Juki Automation Systems are as follows.

Robert Black, chairman of the board and CEO, will oversee financial performance of the corporation. He will manage liaison activities with Juki Corporation of Japan, especially in the area of new product development. Black founded Zevatech, Inc., in 1984 and served as its president until June 1998.

Kenneth Cavallaro, vice chairman of the board, will assist with global marketing efforts of the corporation. Ken currently is president of Riverview Partners, a consulting company for the SMT and semiconductor packaging industry. Previously, Cavallaro was president of Camelot Systems, Inc., the leading supplier of fluid dispensing systems to the SMT and semiconductor industries.

In his position with the holding company he focuses on worldwide sales and service strategy, marketing and corporate account management. As president of Juki Automation Systems, Inc., Burroughs is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the company, handling Juki products in the entire western hemisphere. Burroughs has more than 14 years of experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries, most recently as vice president of the Speedline Semiconductor Products Group.

David Frac, CFO, is responsible for worldwide financial management of the corporation including banking and accounting relationships, budgeting and cash flow management. Frac's previous experience included similar roles with Dynapert, Camelot Systems and Speedline Technologies.

Steve Vickers, president of Juki Automation Systems AG, is responsible for the overall performance of the company, handling Juki products in the European market. Vickers previously served in management positions at Universal Instruments Corporation before joining Zevatech AG two years ago as general manager for European operations.

The highly qualified management team of Juki Automation Systems will provide the company with the leadership necessary to continue producing innovative, leading-edge surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly systems. This same type of leadership has resulted in Juki becoming the world's number three supplier of SMT assembly equipment with more than 9,000 units delivered to the printed circuit board assembly market.
