Easy single button navigation between 3D images, line drawings and photographs of same type of joint.
3D images that are specially enhanced to enable users to easily determine key factors in joint inspection such as fillet rise and wetting angle.
It covers gull-wing (SOIC/QFP), J-Lead (PLCC/SOJ), chip (capacitor and resistor), cylindrical (MELF) and tape (tantalum) component.
The joint types covered are, minimum acceptable, preferred and maximum acceptable, as well as poor quality joints such as insufficient and excess. Preferred, maximum and excessive side and end misalignments are also included.
