The RICS Inclusive Environment Consultants Scheme is designed for experienced property professionals who wish to work in the inclusive environment sector. The route to membership of the scheme is based on a rigorous assessment process that includes specialist training followed by examinations, practical experience and a panel interview. There are two routes to membership of the RICS Inclusive Environments Consultants Scheme:

    Standard route to membership Candidates who have little or no experience or qualifications relating to inclusive environments must take a training course and pass the Certificate in Inclusive Environments before applying to an interview panel for final assessment.

  2. 2.

    Experienced route to membership A route for experienced candidates is available to those who can demonstrate significant relevant skills in the inclusive environment sector.
