In the face of government plans to increase housing supply across the UK, skills shortages and rising customer expectations, NHBC has launched “Quality Management Services”, a new service to help builders improve the quality, build and finish of new homes. The scheme consists of NHBC Inspectors working in partnership with site teams to address specific issues. From trouble shooting areas where there are high levels of customer dissatisfaction, to targeting particular build elements or processes. Inspectors can also help with the training of inexperienced site personnel or advise on how to implement a new construction method.
