This was due to be held on 25th November 2004 at the National Agricultural Centre – Stoneleigh Park Exhibition and Conference Centre, Nr Coventry. Royal Assent of the Housing Bill, Part 5 of which introduces Home Information Packs and Home Condition Reports is expected in the late Autumn of this year. On behalf of the ODPM, Property Industry Research Ltd organised a conference and trade show to introduce all future Home Inspectors to training requirements, assessment centre procedures, standards required, competence, conduct, service and the inspection and reporting requirements for HCRs' Energy Efficiency.
