The National Radiological Protection Board has announced two health studies. An Essex University study will investigate whether emissions from base stations can elicit a variety of symptoms in those exposed to them. The other study (by the University of Surrey) will explore people's understanding of the uncertain risks associated with the mobile phones and base stations.
