FSCT issues call for papers for ICE 2008
The Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT) has issued a call for technical papers and student posters to be considered for presentation at FutureCoat!, which will be held as part of the International Coatings Expo (ICE) 2008, October 15-17 at the Lakeside Center, McCormick Place in Chicago. FutureCoat! will focus on the theme of “Globally Responsible Coatings: Getting There from Here.” The program committee is soliciting presentations in the following areas: manufacturing/processing, nanotechnology, weathering and durability, high throughput, advances in analytical methods, corrosion and adhesion, wood coatings, automotive coatings, green chemistry, pigments/additives, waterborne technology and regulatory/legislative updates. All abstracts will be reviewed by the FutureCoat! program committee based on originality, quality and relevance. Upon approval presenters will be required to submit a paper for publication in the program proceedings.

6th Woodcoatings Congress – “Preserve, Protect, Prolong”
