The Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT) has issued a call for technical papers and student posters to be considered for presentation at FutureCoat!, which will be held as part of the International Coatings Expo (ICE) 2008. FutureCoat! will focus on the theme of “Globally Responsible Coatings: Getting There from Here.” The program committee is soliciting presentations in the following areas: manufacturing/processing, nanotechnology, weathering and durability, high throughput, advances in analytical methods, corrosion and adhesion, wood coatings, automotive coatings, green chemistry, pigments/ additives, waterborne technology and regulatory/legislative updates. All abstracts will be reviewed by the FutureCoat! program committee based on originality, quality and relevance.
