International Coatings Ltd and the A.P. Møller Group have signed a contract for the supply of an estimated 1.2 million litres of TBT free, Intersmooth® Ecoloflex SPC antifoulings. The contract, covering the A.P. Møller shipping fleet, will run until the end of 2003.
The contract includes antifouling supply for all drydockings and for new buildings. Having spent more than 5 years practically evaluating alternatives to TBT SPC antifoulings, the decision to use Intersmooth® Ecoloflex SPC is an indication of the confidence in International’s premium, TBT free antifouling technology.
Intersmooth® Ecoloflex SPC antifoulings are high performance, TBT free, self polishing copolymer (SPC) systems with patented copper acrylate technology.
