Following a steady growth in membership, the UK Industrial Vision Association (UKIVA) has produced two new full colour publications. These are a corporate leaflet and the latest 2001 issue of UKIVA News.
The corporate leaflet sets out the benefits of industrial vision and highlights the facilities that the Association can offer prospective users of vision technology in manufacturing industry in the UK. The leaflet also features testimonials both from users and members.
The latest issue of UKIVA News, is the third to be published in full colour and for the first time has been expanded to 12 pages. In addition to news about members and the Association, the newsletter contains information on forthcoming Association activities, including exhibitions, workshops and seminars. Members have also contributed product information.
Also for the first time, the newsletter has a special focus section, which for this issue concentrates on vision applications in the paper, print and packaging industry, and features a contribution from Pira International. Future issues will focus on different industry sectors.
