LabSystems recently launched its new look Website, LabSystems Online (www.labsystems. com). The new site is being introduced to make it as easy as possible to get information and support from LabSystems, for both existing and prospective customers.
The new look LabSystems Online has been redesigned to reflect the needs of the Internet public, with an up-to-date user friendly interface. Existing customers and users of the LabSystems’ Website have been instrumental in shaping the design of the site, by participating in a Joint Application Development program for the new site, as well as online questionnaires and feedback.
Offering a clear introduction to LabSystems and the world of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and chromatography data systems, the new LabSystems Online is reported to be easy to use, being quick to download yet visually impactful. Experience of time-consuming downloads and graphics has been taken into account.
As part of the launch program, LabSystems is welcoming more feedback for LabSystems Online – constantly to improve the quality of the site, yielding better information in a quicker time.
