According to Rexson, all printers can now reduce waste and ink costs by installing an affordable new dispensing system.

The new compact dispenser, "Colorweigh Junior", dispenses inks automatically; "just in time", "right first time". The software enables press returns to be reused, giving a significant saving and minimising the problem of disposal (Plate 1).

Up to 16 dispense valves can be used to control dispenses of base inks pump fed to the valves from pails, drums or bulk containers.

High levels of repeatability allow better batch and quality control as well as speeding up the process of mixing inks.

Windows-based management information software has been developed from many years of experience in the printing industry. The system is said to be quick and easy to use with full training provided.

Rexson dispense valves and systems are manufactured to high engineering standards to withstand the rigours of industrial environments and constant use.

A team of engineers works with customers to design the system to their requirements, carry out or supervise installation and provide initial user-training and full technical back-up once the system is in use.
