Containing nine papers, this monograph covers electronic reserves management issues in general as experienced in academic environments, and the use and performance of Docutek's software package. This package is used by some 400 library systems around the world in a variety of contexts. The intention of the writers is to provide useful guidance on converting from manual systems, what support is needed to run this package and how best to implement it and interface it with other software used by the library service. All the authors are from universities in the US.
