Editorial

Personnel Review continues to attract a good flow of high quality papers from an increasingly international author base. Volume 34 (2005) of the journal has seen the publication of 36 papers in total. During the last year, 162 new papers were submitted. Of these papers:

  34 have been accepted for publication after revision;

• •

  70 have been rejected;

• •

  23 are with authors awaiting revision; and

• •

  35 are with referees.

As ever, Personnel Review remains indebted to the goodwill of its expert reviewers. Their efforts in providing timely, constructive and helpful reports are again very gratefully acknowledged. A future issue in this volume will report on reviewers used.
