Property is one of the major assets of most organizations and must be carefully managed to maximize returns. An authoritative journal addressing key issues from an international perspective, Property Management publishes articles to keep professionals in the field conversant with new thinking and research. It provides an invaluable resource for everyone with a professional and academic interest in property management, covering issues such as land use and development, marketing and leasing, maintenance and refurbishment.

Each paper is reviewed by the Editor and, if it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to two referees for double blind peer review.
Papers should normally be between 2,000 and 4,000 words in length and will undergo a double blind peer review. Case studies should be issue- or results-focused, with implications for practice clearly stated.
