The European Real Estate Society (ERES) was established in 1994 to create a structured and permanent network between real estate academics and professionals across Europe. ERES provides an open forum for the exchange of ideas and the dissemination of relevant research regarding applied decision-making in real estate finance, economics, appraisal, investment and asset management. ERES is a non-profit organization and member of the International Real Estate Society IRES.
