Marks and Spencer (M&S) has noticed a surge in its gluten free products with sales up as much as 41 percent on last year. The best selling product is the M&S Seeded Bread, which took Product Developers over a year to create and refine the recipe in order to produce a 100 percent gluten free bread – which actually tasted delicious too. Almond frangipane cake is the next most popular product, closely followed by the lemon sponge cake.
