Incidences of food safety breakdown in the fresh produce sector are infrequent, but when they do occur, they can be serious and may attract much media attention.

Therefore, the microbiological safety of fresh produce needs to be taken seriously. To address the issues facing the industry, Campden BRI is bringing together various interested parties at a seminar (www.campden.co.uk/micro-safety-seminar.htm) to evaluate the hazards, risks and potential solutions.
