2008 food service conference: the challenges of catering for the ethical consumer – organised in collaboration with the foodservice partnership this event will advise on how you can embrace the revenue opportunities responsible consumerism brings to the food service industry, and will suggest ways in which you can turn ethics into sales while highlighting some of the complex trade-offs the ethical consumers have to face.
