New Glutafin Select Fresh Brown Bread is not only high in fibre but it is also high in calcium and a source of iron. A daily serving of four slices contributes 9.6g of fibre to the diet approximately half of the recommended average daily adult intake of 18g, as recommended by the Department of Health.
