Design & Technology (D&T) Week Food Challenge 2004 winners
Ten winners of the D&T Week Food Challenge 2004, part of Sainsbury’s Taste of Success, visited Sainsbury’s Business Centre in July to receive their prizes and certificates. Schools had to complete one of ten “briefs” developed by the Meat and Livestock Commission (British Meat), The Dairy Council, The British Potato Council, the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Seafish) and the Home Grown Cereals Authority. The standard of work was extremely high – making the judging process very difficult!
