Glutano breads now a rich source of calcium!

Glutano Baguettes, Glutano Rolls and Glutano White Sliced Bread, all now contain 482 mg of Calcium per 100 g, which is great news for those with Coeliac Condition (Table I).

As we all know, those with Coeliac Condition are more at risk of Osteoporosis so require more calcium than the rest of the population. It is sometimes difficult for those with Coeliac Condition to consume sufficient calcium, which is why calcium fortified breads are an excellent way of consuming additional Calcium.

As before, the breads contain no added milk or soya. They are now also without the addition of egg. All three breads are par-baked and can be refreshed in the microwave, toaster or conventional oven.
