The conference focuses on the importance of having a good understanding of nutrition in the design and development of food products in the food industry. A mixture of factual nutrition updates and industrial case studies will provide educators with the latest information to enthuse pupils back at school.
The BNF Education News fold-out poster, shifting the balance, highlights how a few simple changes to the type or amount of an ingredient or cooking method can shift the overall balance of a meal towards a healthier diet.
