HCA launch first annual hospital catering event
In order to promote and celebrate hospital catering and the Hospital Caterers Association, the HCA will be launching its first national catering event in March 2004. The theme of this first event will be “Protected Meal Times” something which is very dear to the heart of every hospital caterer and an issue which has an important contribution to the well being of patients. The General Purposes Committee of the Association have been working very hard to pull this together and the Association encourages all members to get involved and participate on 4 March 2004.
