The Institute of Food Science and Technology has introduced a CD-ROM to enable food professionals to keep up to date with the fast moving field of food science. This opportunity will allow food professionals to increase their professional satisfaction and value on the job market. The IFST scheme includes the opportunity for participants to register with the Institute and have their records of professional development reviewed by assessors against the standards which are included in the CD-ROM. An annual certificate of compliance will be awarded to participants who have met the requirements. The CD-ROM costs £20 per copy. In addition the first year's assessment and certification of your logbook will cost £65. This also includes an introductory offer of one year's free membership of IFST.
