Since the earlier articles were prepared, the Scientific Steering Committee has met on five occasions as follows:

    20-21 January 2000;

  3. 3.

    13-14 April 2000;

  4. 4.

    25-26 May 2000; and

  5. 5.

    6-7 July 2000.

A further meeting (on 14-15 September 2000) will have taken place by the time this article is published.
