Peanuts with low sodium sea salt

Percy Dalton's Peanut Company is launching a new 180g pack of large peanuts using SOLO low sodium sea salt. This is a natural sea salt alternative which through its multi-evaporation process reduced the sodium content by 60 per cent. The sodium is replaced by the potassium and magnesium naturally present in sea water. The product can be identified by SOLO's red heart shaped logo on the front of the pack. This emblem is registered only to SOLO and will be prominent on all manufactured products which include SOLO in their ingredients. Peanuts have good nutritional value being a source of soluble fibre, vitamin E and folate, unsaturated fats and containing no cholesterol.
