Walker's shortbread goes organic

Walker's of Aberlour have launched their first fully organic products. The recipe for the shortbread is the same as their traditional range but the flour, butter and sugar are all organic. The product is certified by the Soil Association. The full range of Walker's products which includes shortbread, traditional biscuits, cakes, oatcakes and meringues contain no artificial flavourings or colourings, are certified Kosher, without animal fats and suitable for vegetarians.
