British Meat Nutrition Education Service

The British Meat's nutrition education service has issued its fourth issue of Food Track, the quarterly newsletter from the British Meat Nutrition Education Service. Issue 4 is about men's health. It looks at the nutritional and physical aspects of men's health and looks at health initiatives for men as well as giving practical advice on healthy eating at home and away. Recognising that more and more men are taking an active role in the kitchen, there is advice on healthier shopping and cooking as well as some hearty, meaty recipes that are big on flavour, low on fat. Earlier issues in the educational guide are "Weight and Wellbeing", "Pregnancy and Lactation", and "Weaning and Babies". For copies of these or the guide to healthy eating for men write to British Meat Nutrition Education Service, PO Box 44, Winterhill House, Snowdon Drive, Milton Keynes MK6 1AX.
