Now available Electrolube TCR, now available with an easy-to-use dispensing gun (Plate 2), is a single component, highly thermally conductive RTV sealant. Combining the properties of silicone rubber pads with those of a conventional heat transfer paste, TCR can be used between 50 and +250°C, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications.

Plate 2 Electrolube TCR is now available with an easy- to-use dispensing gun

TCR is applied between high temperature components and heat sinks to ensure rapid heat transfer. A new dispensing system utilises a highly controllable gun to ensure accurate and efficient placement. With a thermal conductivity of 2W/m°K, components can operate at thermal equilibrium, ensuring uniform performance throughout the temperature range. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 200°C, with a 250°C peak.
