Munich International Trade Fairs will celebrate the premiere of FiberComm in June 2002. The theme of FiberComm is optical information and communications technology, and the fair will be held at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre from June 4-6, 2002. The fair will focus on all aspects of the industry, i.e. from components, systems and network development to measuring and testing technology, production and installation. A congress and workshops being held in conjunction with the fair will make this event particularly interesting for users. FiberComm will initially feature 10,000m2 of exhibition space and will be held on an annual basis. The organizers' objective is to turn FiberComm into the leading European trade fair for optical information and communications technology.
