Engineer Harald Körber (Dipl. Ing.) was appointed Head of Product Management at Datacon Semiconductor Equipment GmbH in Radfeld, Austria, with effect from 1 October 2000. He joined Datacon in 1998 as project manager in charge of die bonder projects in the USA and Asia, and for the past 15 months has co-managed Datacon's strategic advanced product development in product marketing.

Harald Körber studied control engineering and industrial electronics at the Technical University of Vienna. After more than seven years' experience in development and test engineering in the field of automotive electronics, he spent several years in management in the plastics industry, and built on his broad practical experience of his profession with a 2ø-year advanced course in sales and marketing at the University of Innsbruck.
