The NV3942 is a roll-to-roll web handling microvia drilling system, used for continuous processing of flexible substrates for the microelectronics packaging market. The Web transport can be outfitted for web size from 4" to 28" wide as well as sprocket TAB tape formats from 24mm to 70mm.
