AMS (Austria Microsystems International) and Rood Technology Deutschland GmbH + Co. – the German group company of Rood Testhouse International N.V., The Netherlands – have signed a five-year Burn-In contract with an expected value of approximately 4.5 million Euro and immediate project start.
Under this contract, Rood Technology will provide value added services to AMS as an integral part of the "Semiconductor supply chain management" for the automotive end market developing a long-term partnership.
This supports the strategic development of the Mixed Signal test activities of Rood Technology and is aligned with one of the company's key-target end markets.
