Unitek Miyachi Corporation have announced the formation of Unitek Miyachi International, Ltd (UMI), a corporate holding company, which will oversee and coordinate strategy and business planning, global product and marketing integration, next generation technology and product development, corporate finance and administration, and future acquisitions for all of its business units. The company's Monrovia operation, has, in turn, been incorporated as Unitek Miyachi Corporation, a subsidiary of UMI, and will manage the operation and distribution of the Unitek Equipment product line worldwide, and the Miyachi, Unitek Miyachi Laser, and Unitek Precision Systems product lines in North and South America.
