Prasad Nevrekar has joined MRSI Group as director of sales and marketing with major focus on the dispense product lines. Mr Nevrekar has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing of equipment and materials for the semiconductor assembly and packaging industry.

Prior to joining the MRSI Group, Mr Nevrekar held positions as Product Manager with Kulicke & Soffa's JV, Advanced Polymer Solutions, and as Marketing Manager with Cookson's Alpha Microelectronic Packaging Materials. While at these companies, he was responsible for the marketing and sales functions to include product definition and positioning, product introduction, sales forecasting, and strategic planning and implementation.

Mr Nevrekar holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from India and MS in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
