Hans JÖrn Juhl is Professor of Business Performance Management at the Department of Information Science, the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark. Professor Juhl's research area lies primarily within applied statistics in marketing and concerns the establishing of measuring systems for the evaluation of the strategic position of companies. Topics of research are self-assessment and relations between the human resources of a company, the ultilization of systems and the financial results, but the primary objective is to try to measure the marketing position of the company.

On a company level, measurements of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have been in focus. On a product level, empirical work has typically been based on a consumer behavioural model with the purpose of uncovering consumer knowledge of an attitude towards a given product as well as the value assigned by consumers to a given product or brand. His work has been published in a wide range of Danish and international journals.

Jacob Eskildsen is assistant professor, PhD at The Aarhus School of Business. He is the author of several articles in Measuring Business Excellence, Total Quality Management and International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management. He is also a member of the project groups: "The Danish Customer Satisfaction Index" and "The Danish Excellence Index".
